Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. At zorqa.top, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
 - The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
 - It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
 - All accessories, manuals, and promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
 - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
 - Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
 - Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, some health and personal care items) for hygiene reasons.
 - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
 - Downloadable software products.
 - Items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
 
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can also call us at 816-859-2502.
 - Await Approval: Robert hull will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or to our physical address without prior authorization.
 - Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and proof of purchase.
 - Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Shipping Returns
Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to defect or damage, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 816-859-2502. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 816-859-2502 within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
